Start by Walking.

So I have truly started. I have felt better than I have in 20 years. So I am starting on my goals.

Jeff Galloway says start by walking

"Everyone needs to feel comfortable and successful right from the start. Begin by walking for 30 minutes. Keep doing this until it feels easy."

So this is my plan start walking 30mins Monday through Saturday. I walk slow, it is a start right. I think though that it is not just walking that I am doing it is developing a habit. It's a habit I haven't been able to do since i was a teen.

So here I go!

Yea for you!! I love the time I get to just be outside when I'm exercising. I hope you will learn to love that part of it as well. Sometimes it's the only thing that gets me out of bed. I'm so proud of you!
