So it's been a while.
Well summer has come and gone and now it's time to get back on the band wagon. I have found that I really miss baking. Today's high is 61 degrees I thought it might be a great day to bake for the week. So I made my meal plan with the food I have on hand this week.
Breakfast
Monday- Bacon and Eggs
Tuesday- Fresh Peach Muffins with Streusel Topping
Wednesday- Peach Breakfast Bars (Okay for this I am changing the recipe with peaches. We'll see how it goes.)
Thursday- Cantaloupe and toast
Friday-Cereal
Saturday- Cream of wheat (guys are camping)
Sunday - Amish Baked Oatmeal
Lunches - Will be whatever I can figure out on the fly. Hey I have to do this somtime after years of doing this on my own anyway
Dinner
Monday- Potato Soup and Peasant Bread
Tuesday - Crockpot Hamburger stew
Wednesday- PB and J with Fruit ( hey we don't get home till 8:30pm)
Thursday- Lentil Tacos (shhhh I am going to try this don't tell anyone there no meat)
Friday- Boys- Canned stew and corn bread Me- Tuna Pea and Pasta salad
Saturday - Chicken Pasta with Mozzarella sticks and Salad
Sunday - Crock pot chicken Not sure what kind
Next week I'll have my shopping trip up.

I get so much more done during the week when my menu is planned out. And I do lunches on the fly too. I can only plan out so much!
The Peasant Bread looks yummy.
Lately I've been thinking about baking too.. just need to act on the thought! :D
